Laser Hair Removal: How does it work?
Laser hair removal is a safe, effective and popular method of permanent hair reduction. It is a non-invasive procedure that uses a laser to target and destroy hair follicles in the skin. It is an effective way to get rid of unwanted hair and can be used on almost any area of the body, including the face, legs, underarms, bikini area, chest and back.

The hair removal laser works by emitting a beam of highly concentrated light that is absorbed by the pigment in the hair follicles. The laser light is converted into heat which destroys the hair follicles. The laser can be set to different wavelengths of light to treat different hair types, skin types and body areas.

The laser hair removal procedure is usually done in a series of treatments, depending on the area of the body being treated and the amount of hair being removed. The number of treatments required varies from person to person and can range from 4-6 for some areas and up to 10 treatments for others. Treatment sessions are usually spread over several weeks and more than one session may be required in the same area. It is worth noting that the laser is applied to ages from 8 years and above.
